As an exclusive buyers broker I do not ever 'sell' property. I provide independent information; concise due diligence, expert advice and detailed knowledge to give my clients absolute confidence with their purchase.
I daily gain access to available properties including to a large extent off & pre-market listings that are not listed anywhere on the internet or on any real estate forum.
My relationships with the sales agents is due to constant & repeat business.
