A warm welcome awaits you at the Swan Inn
The Swan Inn is situated in the beautiful village of Dallington in the depths of the Sussex countryside and approximately 6 miles from Heathfield and Battle. Mark, Ricci and the team offer you a warm welcome in superb surroundings.
Friendly service and a relaxed environment make the Swan Inn the perfect place to unwind and enjoy quality food and drink.
The Swan was originally a purpose built coaching inn built in 1398 and situated on the outskirts of 1066 country and Dallington Forest. The local area has plenty of walks and follies built by the eccentric Victorian politician 'mad' Jack Fuller whilst owner of the Brightling Park estate.
As a traditional country pub, The Swan offers a cosy rural atmosphere with log fires, real ales and good quality home cooked food. We have a delightful south-facing garden with attractive flower beds and seating for up to 100 customers - ideal for the warmer months when you can eat and drink ‘al fresco’ with friends, family or business colleagues.
We welcome families and customers with dogs.
So why not come along and enjoy a drink and a great bite to eat? We’re confident that you’ll not be disappointed.
