Since her childhood, Yasmin Manttan has lived and breathed window furnishings. The daughter of a blind and curtain manufacturer, her father's company Australian Curtain Industries Pty Ltd was the largest of its kind in Australia until the late 1980s with around six hundred staff across four locations. Over the years Yasmin was involved in every aspect of the business.
Her love for window furnishings saw the establishment of The Art Of Windows in 1996. With a strong design sensibility, Yasmin works closely with architects and builders, tailoring her products to complement both the windows and interior/exterior building design in order to deliver functional and aesthetically relevant pieces.
With a focus on quality control, the company deals in largely Australian-made curtains, roller blinds, Venetians and shutters, and specializes in motorized products. The Art Of Windows delivers individually crafted, user-friendly products to suit any window in any environment.
Yasmin oversees each step of the process, from conception through to installation. She prides herself on hard work, passion, client satisfaction, and family tradition, maintaining business relationships with a number of her father's old employees.
The Art Of Windows seeks harmony between form and function to produce the ideal window furnishings for space and occupants alike. With twenty years’ experience as an independent producer of window furnishings, The Art Of Windows has a proven track record of successfully delivering window furnishings to private and commercial clients on time and to budget.
