Public Health Orders govern the way we operate our services and facilities. Here’s the latest about what the changing restrictions mean for you.
Customer Service Centre
The Customer Service Centre is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. To comply with the current restrictions and ensure covid-safe practices, we are:
* Restricting access to the Customer Service Centre to a maximum of 15 customers at a time in order to ensure social distancing
* Opening a maximum of three service counters (instead of the usual five) to maintain appropriate distances between staff and customers
* Operating a cashless payment system.
Justice of the Peace services, Late Thursdays and the Duty Planner is not yet available. To contact the Duty Planner, email [email protected]
The Customer Service team will continue to provide phone, email and online support services through the call centre. Details: 9083 8000 or Make a Request here.
