The Head on Photo Festival – which included an exhibition due to be held at the Paddington Town Hall this May – is heading ONLINE this year and will include an exciting free program of talks, panel discussions, workshops and webinars.
Learn from leading industry professionals in a series of workshops, including sessions presented by Sony and Adobe. Watch discussions unfold around current topics in photography and the world beyond, in one of the many panel discussions and hear from the artists behind some of many exhibitions in the online festival.
A live stream of the festival launch and announcement of winners will open the festival at 6PM on Friday 1 May. Multiple events will be held online daily until Sunday 17 May. View the program here.
Head On Festival director Moshe Rosenzveig OAM said: “We recognise the extraordinary effort photographers have put into delivering Award entries and preparing exhibitions over recent months and plan to honour and celebrate this by working to create an online Head On Photo Festival and Awards.”
Head On Foundation (est. 2008) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the work of photographers at all stages of career, encouraging excellence and innovation, making photography accessible to all and raising awareness of important issues through photography.
