Adapting to recent developments amid the Corona Virus Crisis, Sydney Yoga Collective (SYC) is live-streaming all 32 yoga classes in real time as if you were in the studio, along with free kids classes.
Streamed from their Bondi Junction-based studio, Soul Flow Yoga, it will also include their highly-sought after Kundalini and Naam classes.
This means that even with studio closures, you can still practice what you love in the comfort of your own home. All you need is a mobile device and a bit of space!
"With everything that's happening, it's so important to take care of your health and your immune system. This platform will enable our yogis to do just that, "says SYC founder and yogi expert, Casey Castro.
"You don't even need to download any apps- just log into the SYC website and watch the classes live! The classes will also be available for up to 36 hours from when they are streamed."
$10 PER WEEK – UNLIMITED YOGA
Free kids yoga videos, with new content released weekly, are also great for parents with children at home. Excess energy is directed into meditation and stretching to ensure a calm and focussed body and mind. It's also a great way to keep them occupied with something productive if you're working from home.
"Whether you watch a live class as a break from working at home, or just to take a pause from the news, I really hope this platform gives you some peace.
"This is an incredibly daunting time, and it's essential to look after your mind and your body. I'll see you on the screen!"
