The reception is fully staffed from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, while convenient 24-hour access is provided through high-tech fingerprint access so there are no problems with lost keys, swipe cards or codes. Coworking can boost productivity as well as work opportunities. “We have a really good vibe here; there’s always something going on, which is good because I feel productivity depends on it – that’s why people love it here,” Angus reports. Not surprisingly, there’s a very low turnover of businesses. “Retention is a key requirement for us which keeps our service on track.”
