The safety of our community and our staff is Council’s number one priority, and we ask that everyone continue to follow social distancing requirements and observe restrictions to help slow the spread of COVID-19.
Whilst our Customer Service Centre is temporarily closed, we are still here to help. You can call 9391 7000 for all service requests, or lodge an online service request on our website.
Council libraries are also temporarily closed, but library staff are available on 9391 7100 and email: [email protected] Check out all our amazing online resources at woollahra.nsw.gov.au/library - access is free.

Small business support
Council is providing more than $5m in relief to local small businesses to help soften the impact of COVID-19. Support measures introduced on March 24 include:
• Rent relief for 6 months for all small business tenants of Council-owned properties, and for the same period, no fees will be charged to any small business in the local government area for health, hygiene, licensing and fire safety inspections.
• All outdoor and footpath dining fees waived for a period of 6 months.
• Parking meters have been turned off until further notice. Timed parking restrictions will remain in force to ensure adequate parking turnover for our commercial centres and retail shopping locations. Free one-hour parking is available at Kiaora Place, Cross Street and the Cosmopolitan Centre car parks in Double Bay.
